We are committed to providing timely and efficient service; however, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect turnaround times. If additional technical information is required or issues arise with a particular case, delivery expectations may need to be adjusted.
To help avoid delays, prescribing dentists should ensure all relevant sections of the lab order form are completed and remain available to discuss any laboratory concerns.
For your convenience, we offer FREE Pick-up & Delivery with the submission of two or more cases per box. To ensure accurate scheduling, please contact our customer service team for courier times in your area.

TERMS: All accounts are payable the 15th of each month. 2% late fee is added to statements not paid as agreed. Rush Service available at additional charge for most products.
